CIP additive is a neutral pH detergent enhancer that furthermore functions as an anti-foaming agent and can be used in high energy applications. Cip Cleaner Alkaline
Samrat Industries Cip Cleaner Alkaline is a highly concentrated blend of alkaline cleaner with wetting agents and water scale removing that makes it a single stage heavy duty degreasing cleaner for removing stubborn protein, oil and fat deposits.
Samrat Industries Cip Cleaner Alkaline functions as a multipurpose low foaming cleaner for opc (open plant cleaning) by spray applications such as in crates washing, mineral water jars cleaning, floor, walls, tables etc. in dairy, food & beverage industry.

Application and Dosage
For Cip: Samrat Industries Cip Cleaner Alkaline should be used at concentrations between 0.5% - 3.0% depending upon soil load. and 0.5% To 1.0% as additive to caustic soda depending on water hardness. For best results cip should ideally be carried out at 70\B0C To 90\B0C for about 20-30 minutes.In few areas for better results Samrat Industries cip cleaner alkaline can be used alternatively with acidic cip cleaners such as alstaclean cp3/pc and alstasan series of disinfectants.
For Opc, jar washing or manual use: 1.0%-3.0% concentration should be used depending upon soil load. suitable for spray washing.
Can be used as water scale softener in phe before acidic descaling at 2% W/W concentration to remove loose mud and oil deposits and softening of scales.
Handling Measures and Precautions
Proper human safety products such as splash goggles, lab coat, vapor respirator, gloves and boots should be worn while handling and applying chemicals. Splashes on skin should be washed off with water immediately. In case of splashing into the eyes, flush it with fresh water and obtain medical attention. Should not be injected. Acidic Cip Cleaner
Samrat Industries Acidic Cip Cleaner is a low foaming acidic cleaner for cip in beverage, breweries, hospital and dairy industry for cleaning of organic, inorganic soils and scale deposits commonly found in equipments, bright beer tanks, road tankers, phes (plate type heat exchangers), cold milk surfaces and bottle / dish rinsing aid for shining and alkali neutralization.
Samrat Industries Acidic Cip (Clean-In-Place) Cleaner is a phosphoric acid based liquid descaler that rinses off alkaline residue and aids in removal of lime scales and acid soluble residues. It is used in a wide range of applications and is suitable for use on aluminum, cast iron, mild steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, monel and other cu-alloys. It is added with surfactants, defoamer and suitable organic inhibitors to prevent acid attack on metallurgy.

Application and Dosage
Samrat Industries Acidic Cip Cleaner is typically used at about 50\B0C to 70\B0C at 0.2-3% W/W for usual f&b and dairy cip applications, the concentration depends on the type of application, degree of soil and water hardness.
For carrying out phe descaling 5-10% W/W concentration of Samrat Industries acidic cip cleaner should be made in pre-heated water at 70\B0c to 80\B0c for recirulation, dip method or fill and soak method, followed with neutralization and passivation with passirinse
