Application and Dosage
For carrying out fogging and fumigation of operation theatres, research laboratories, hospital wards, etc., an appropriate dilution is made with silver H2O2, and is fumigated using a Fogger. Post application, with reduced re-entry time of an hour, the room will be completely disinfected with no possible aerobic microbial count and odour.

Samrat Industries Fogging And Air Disinfection is done primarity with two compounds:-

• Silver hydrogen peroxide
• Cationic quarternary compound d-125 grade

Silver Hydrogen Peroxide being an oxidizer has advantage over qac of faster disinfection with small downtime or contact time, it is more readily biodegradable and breaks down into water and oxygen. Qac being a non-oxidising compound requires low concentration and longer contact time.

Application and Dosage
Samrat Industries’s Water Tank Disinfection with Silver Hydrogen Peroxide is done by adding a recommended amount of silver peroxide to stored water, sanitizing it completely. Even the tank surfaces can be safely sanitized with Silver Hydrogen Peroxide, by safely spraying it on contaminated surfaces, or running it through contact pipelines, hose lines, etc. An appropriate dilution is also used for bacterial eradication of process water, fruits and vegetables, air conditioning filters, pans etc. Used in various industries such as wineries, breweries, distilleries, etc.

Advantages over Chlorine / Bleaching Powder

In swimming pool treatment chemical the major treatment that is required is to prevent biofouling and prevention of algae, slime or virus in swimming water. There are various methods of treating swimming pool water for anti bacterial such as chlorination with Sodium Hypochlorite, Calcium Hypochlorite, SDIC and TCCA (Trichloroisocyanuric acid). Out of all these methods of chlorination - TCCA is considered to be most effective. TCCA is available in granules and tablet.

Apart from chlorination the other methods of treatment are by using biodegradable oxidizing disinfectants based on PERACETIC ACID and SILVER HYDROGEN PEROXIDE. Both these biocides are highly oxidizing and highly effective on various bacteria.

Application and Dosage
TCCA is dosed at the rate of 200gm per 1 lac litre of water per day to maintain a concentration of 2ppm.

Peracetic acid 15% is dosed at the rate of 300-400gm per 1 lac litre of water per day to maintain an active concentration of 0.5 - 1.0ppm active.

SILVER HYDROGEN PEROXIDE is dosed at the rate of 200-300gm per 1 lac litre of water per day to maintain an active concentration of 1-2ppm.

Diseases are caused due to improper hygiene conditions. Samrat Industries manufactures Silver hydrogen peroxide; peracetic acid, chlorinated disinfectants that can be dosed in potable water for prevent disinfection.

Silver hydrogen peroxide is also very effective for use in aquaculture for preventing diseases in fishes. Other biocides used for this purpose are based on quarternary compounds and peracetic acid.

For poultry drinking water purpose - Samrat Industries recommends the use of Peracetic Acid and Silver Hydrogen Peroxide.
