Water Softening Chemical
The Coolant Dye is rightfully utilized for situating the leaks in the cooling systems. These dyes are highly soluble in water and can be easily incorporated into formulations. The different products which we cater under coolant dye are Green Coolant, Blue Coolant, Red coolant, Pink Coolant etc. These formulations provides a long trem colour stability that resist fading away with time and also provides protection against corrosion. Our dyes are extensively appreciated for their unique attributes such as easy to apply, precise pH value, economic, excellent removal of guesswork and precise location of leak. With Ultra Violet protection methodologies, the dyes are suitably utilized for locating the leaks in radiators, water pumps, hoses, cooling systems and fittings.
Green Coolant
Samrat Industries GREEN COOLANT is an excellent coloring agent for food grade glycol, brine, methanol,water and industrial coolants for the purpose of leak detection can be easily detected in UV light.

Application and Dosage
Samrat Industries ANTIFOAM should be diluted with water prior to use to accelerate dispersion in the foaming medium. It can be diluted to any required concentration as per need. The preferred method of dilution is to add water to the emulsion and not vice versa. Avoid excessive shear while dilution. Pre-process testing is recommended. Suggested starting concentration is 50 - 100ppm depending upon foaming media.

Proper human safety products such as splash goggles, lab coat, vapor respirator, gloves and boots should be worn while handling and applying chemicals. Splashes on skin should be washed off with water immediately. In case of splashing into the eyes, flush it with fresh water and obtain medical attention. Should not be injected. Samrat Industries COOLANT PRESERVATIVE is an advanced, non-oxidizing microbiocide developed specifically for the control of microbiological growth in open and closed circuit cooling water & glycol systems.
Samrat Industries COOLANT PRESERVATIVE is very effective against all types of bacteria, biofilms, fungi and slime forming organisms.
It is non-foaming, non-oxidising and totally chlorine free, which makes it ideal for use in closed loop applications of water, brine and glycol systems. Samrat Industries COOLANT PRESERVATIVE shows excellent efficacy at very small dosage.
Application and Dosage
