Water Softening Chemical
The Coolant Preservative is used to increase the durability and productivity of coolant, used in heavy machines which emit extensive heat. The products which we cater under Coolant Preservative includes Coolant Biocide and Coolant Antifoulant. Our coolant preservatives are non-contaminated and are highly efficient, while holding up to its true property. These chemical stabilizers are processed from finest grade constituents to ensure the impeccably control over the growth of bacteria. These range of products are prudently endorsed in controlling several microbial growth as well such as fungi, slime, algae and cause reduction of microbial induced corrosion. These are compatible with all types of dosing equipments and are non corrosive in nature. These presevatives extends the life span of the coolant and is not harmful to the machine parts and its components.
Coolant Biocide
Samrat Industries COOLANT BIOCIDE is an advanced, non-oxidizing microbiocide developed specifically for the control of microbiological growth in closed coolant containers.
Samrat Industries COOLANT BIOCIDE is very effective against all types of bacteria, fungi and slime forming organisms.
Coolant is a blend of organic chemistry that often contains high amount of nitrogen, which is food for bacteria and invites biofouling of coolant. In case of biological fouling of coolant \96 the coolant gives out foul odor, becomes acidic and corrodes the metal due to MIC (Micrbially induced corrosion). In order to prevent coolant from biological fouling \96 Coolant Biocide must be added.
Samrat Industries COOLANT BIOCIDE shows excellent efficacy at very small dosage - it is non-foaming, non-oxidising and totally chlorine free.
Application and Dosage
Samrat Industries COOLANT BIOCIDE should be added directly to the system in its neat form or diluted form. It is compatible with all types of dosing equipments and non-corrosive in nature. Please refer to your CSL service engineer for exact product dosage.
Handling measures and precautions
Proper human safety products such as Splash goggles, lab coat, vapor respirator, gloves and boots should be worn while handling and applying chemicals. Splashes on skin should be washed off with water immediately. In case of splashing into the eyes, flush it with fresh water and obtain medical attention. Should not be injected. Storage

Samrat Industries COOLANT ANTIFOULANT is an advanced, non-oxidizing microbiocide developed specifically for the control of microbiological growth in open and closed circuit cooling water & glycol, brine systems.
Samrat Industries COOLANT ANTIFOULANT is very effective against all types of bacteria, biofilms, fungi and slime forming organisms.
It is non-foaming, non-oxidising and totally chlorine free, which makes it ideal for use in closed loop applications of water, brine and glycol systems. Samrat Industries COOLANT ANTIFOULANT shows excellent efficacy at very small dosage.

Samrat Industries ORGANO PHOSPHONATE is a superior blend of organic chemicals for softening and conditioning agent for high hardness, iron and silica content. It is a non-toxic blend which is useful for multi-purpose such as laundry, textile, institutional water storage, fire water line conditioning, industrial water conditioning, antiscaling etc.
Samrat Industries ORGANO PHOSPHONATE does not contain any mineral acids and chlorine. It is designed with mild organic products
Application and Dosage
Samrat Industries ORGANO PHOSPHONATE is very simple to use. It can be added to water at 20-40 ppm.
