Viscosity Improver
Samrat Industries VISCOSITY IMPROVER for Coolant is an organic product derived from plant extracts to impart a cosmetic effect to the aqueous solution by increasing the viscosity of a water / glycol based industrial / automotive coolant.
Samrat Industries VISCOSITY IMPROVER is designed in such a way that it will not have any side effect on the metals (aluminum, copper, cast iron, steel etc.), rubber hoses, seals and other engine component and will pass through the glassware corrosion test.
In addition, Samrat Industries VISCOSITY IMPROVER also has a significant advantage that it looses its thickening properties when it is added to the engine. This helps by not causing a high pumping load on the radiator.

Water Viscosity Enhancer
Samrat Industries WATER VISCOSITY ENHANCER is a plant extract based additive that helps to enhance the viscosity of water and other aqueous solutions.
There are various applications where higher viscosity is required for better physical appearance or look.

Samrat Industries Defoaming Additive is an antifoam emulsion designed to provide optimum antifoam performance combined with excellent dilution stability and foam knock down performance.

Application and Dosage
Samrat Industries Defoaming Additive should be diluted with water prior to use to accelerate dispersion in the foaming medium. It can be diluted to any required concentration as per need. The preferred method of dilution is to add water to the emulsion and not vice versa. Avoid excessive shear while dilution. Pre-process testing is recommended. Suggested starting concentration is 50 - 100ppm depending upon foaming media.
Important: Samrat Industries Defoaming Additive is more effective in alkaline conditions
Handling Measures and Precautions
Proper human safety products such as splash goggles, lab coat, vapor respirator, gloves and boots should be worn while handling and applying chemicals. Splashes on skin should be washed off with water immediately. In case of splashing into the eyes, flush it with fresh water and obtain medical attention. Should not be injected.
