Defoamer
In industrial units Foaming pose a great problem. They afffect surface coatingand prevent proper filling of containers. Thay might reduce the process speed and procees equipment availability. The Defoamer, manufactured by Samrat Industries Speciality Limited, provides a solution to this problem by reducing and deterring the formation of foam at the time of industrial process liquids. The product which we cater under this category are Antifoam and foam reducer, defoaming additive.This formulation is processed from the agents like insoluble oils, silicones, alcohols and glycols. The formulation has the characteristics of preventing the foam formation, breaking the foam already formed, low viscosity, great affinity to the air-liquid surface, highly stable at wide pH range, easy dispersion in aqueous system and superior foam control persistence. These defoamers are idyllically utilized for various liquid processing in food, beverage, sugar industry, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and meat processing.
Antifoam
Samrat Industries ANTIFOAM is an antifoam emulsion designed to provide optimum antifoam performance combined with excellent dilution stability and foam knock down performance.

Application and Dosage
Samrat Industries ANTIFOAM should be diluted with water prior to use to accelerate dispersion in the foaming medium. It can be diluted to any required concentration as per need. The preferred method of dilution is to add water to the emulsion and not vice versa. Avoid excessive shear while dilution. Pre-process testing is recommended. Suggested starting concentration is 50 - 100ppm depending upon foaming media.
Important: Samrat Industries ANTIFOAM is more effective in alkaline conditions
Handling measures and precautions
Proper human safety products such as splash goggles, lab coat, vapor respirator, gloves and boots should be worn while handling and applying chemicals. Splashes on skin should be washed off with water immediately. In case of splashing into the eyes, flush it with fresh water and obtain medical attention. Should not be injected. Can be used as water scale softener in PHE before acidic descaling at 2% w/w concentration to remove loose mud and oil deposits and softening of scales.

Fluoroscent Coolant Dye
