Samrat Industries's Non-Oxidizing Biocide is an advanced, non-oxidizing microbiocide developed specifically for the control of microbiological growth in open and closed circuit cooling water & glycol, brine systems. The products which we cater under Non-Oxidizing Biocide are BKC 50 (Benzalkonium Chloride), CIT/MIT 14%, Isothaizolinone, SDMC Carbamate, PDMC Carbamate, etc.
Samrat Industries's Non-Oxidizing Biocide is very effective against all types of bacteria, biofilms, fungi and slime forming organisms. It is non-foaming, non-oxidizing and totally chlorine free, which makes it ideal for use in closed loop applications of water, brine and glycol systems.
Samrat Industries's Non-Oxidizing Biocide shows excellent efficacy at very small dosage. These formulations are generally eco-friendly and biodegradable and pose a high efficacy against coliform, yeast other than bacteria.
BKC 50 (Benzal Konium Chloride)

Applications and Usage:
Samrat Industries BENZAL KONIUM CHLORIDE is a cationic quaternary ammonium compound and medium foaming surfactant for disinfection and cleaning properties. For OPC operations, Samrat Industries BENZAL KONIUM CHLORIDE should be ideally used at concentrations from 0.1 - 2.0% v/v depending upon the type of application and soil, followed with thorough rinsing with plain water.
Handling measures and precautions
Proper human safety products such as Splash goggles, lab coat, vapor respirator, gloves and boots should be worn while handling and applying chemicals. Splashes on skin should be washed off with water immediately. In case of splashing into the eyes, flush it with fresh water and obtain medical attention. Should not be injected. Samrat Industries CIT / MIT 14% is composed of 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-thiazoline-3-ketone (CMI) and 2-methyl-4-thiazoline-3-ketone (MI). The bactericidal effect of Samrat Industries CIT / MIT 14% is carried out through breaking the bond between bacteria and algae protein. When contacted with microbes, Samrat Industries Samrat Industries CIT / MIT 14% can quickly inhibit their growth, thus leading to death of these microbes. Samrat Industries CIT / MIT 14% has strong inhibition and biocidal effects on ordinary bacteria, fungi and alga, and has many advantages such as high biocidal efficiency, good degradation, no residual, safety in operation, good compatibleness, good stabilization, low cost in operation.
Samrat Industries CIT / MIT 14% can mix with chlorine and most cation, anion, and non-ionic surfactants. When used at high dosage, its biosludge stripping effect is excellent.

PDMC Carbamate
Potassium Dimethyl Dithiocarbamate (PDMC) is a used as termination agent of emulsion type styrene butadiene rubber and styrene butadiene latex, industrial bactericide, vulcanization accelerator and insecticide and a non-oxidising bactericide used for water treatment, sugar processing etc.
