We use quaternary ammonium compounds which are highly effective sanitizer for destruction of mono-cytgenes and capable to reduce mold growth. The product which we cater under Qyaternary Sanitizers are Benzal Konium Chloride, Alkyl Dimethyl Benzyl Ammonium Chloride, Alkyl Diethyl Ethyl Benzyl Ammonium Chloride, Organo sulphur Based Biocide, Germicide Cleaner, QAC Based Disinfectant etc.

These are good penetrates and therefore, have value for absorbent surfaces. And can be applied through foaming. We see its application on stainless steel and polycarbonate which sanitized it more without any variance.

Samrat Industries Benzal Konium Chloride is a cationic quaternary ammonium compound and medium foaming surfactant for disinfection and cleaning properties. For opc operations, Samrat Industries benzal konium chloride should be ideally used at concentrations from 0.1 - 2.0% V/V depending upon the type of application and soil, followed with thorough rinsing with plain water.

Handling Measures and Precautions
Proper human safety products such as splash goggles, lab coat, vapor respirator, gloves and boots should be worn while handling and applying chemicals. Splashes on skin should be washed off with water immediately. In case of splashing into the eyes, flush it with fresh water and obtain medical attention. Should not be injected. For open plant cleaning (opc) operations, Samrat Industries alkyl dimethyl ethyl benzyl ammonium chloride should be ideally used at concentrations from 0.2 - 2.0% V/V depending upon the type of application and soil, followed with thorough rinsing with plain water.

For Cip Applications 0.1 To 0.2% Is Sufficient.

Organo Sulfur Based Biocide

Samrat Industries Organo Sulfur Based Biocide is a highly active biocide for effective control on bacteria, fungi & algae in evaporative re-circulating water systems.

The ability of Samrat Industries Organo Sulfur Based Biocide to orient at interfaces plays a significant role in their control of biofouling.

It is non-oxidising and totally chlorine free, which makes it ideal for use in cooling water systems, without the threat of corrosion due to presence of chlorine and metal oxidation.

Application and Dosage
Samrat Industries Organo Sulfur based biocide can be directly fed from the container to the cooling tower basin or introduced at any point where good mixing can be ensured. No special equipment is required.

Slug Dosage of 50 - 100ppm is found to be adequate for control of algae, bacteria and fungi. Badly fouled systems must be cleaned before treatment is begun. Shock treatment is advised thrice a week for the first week of treatment.

It is compatible with other treatment chemicals and shows great synergy with alternate biocide and biodispersant.

For opc operations,Samrat Industries qac based disinfectant should be ideally used at concentrations from 0.1 - 2.0% V/V depending upon the type of application and soil, followed with thorough rinsing with plain water.

For cip applications, system should be flushed with water for 10mins. Add Samrat Industries qac based disinfectant at concentrations of 0.2 - 2.5% V/V Depending Upon The Type of Application, nature of soil and water. Followed with water flushing out for 10mins.
